Gypsum teen reported missing in May is safe and living with her father in New Mexico

Police in Artesia, New Mexico report they've seen the girl, and she's fine

A Gypsum teen reported missing on May 19 is reportedly safe and living with her father in Artesia, New Mexico.

Artesia Police report that they’ve found Gysselle Lujan, 15, at her father’s home.

Artesia Police officer James Contreras reported that Gysselle is “not missing,” and that the department has received “legal paperwork” granting immediate custody to her father, Robert Lujan.

That temporary court order was issued June 4 by Judge Rebecca C. Duffin of the Third Judicial District Court. That order grants Robert Lujan sole custody of his daughter.

Eagle 久久热精品视频app Sheriff James van Beek said Monday he was aware of the temporary court order granting custody to Robert Lujan, but hadn’t seen the order until it was forwarded to him by the Vail Daily. But, he added, Gysselle for several days was no longer listed as a runaway, and deputies were aware she was safe in New Mexico.
